Capable of breathing and withstanding massive pressure underwater, controlling underwater pulses and waves, and generally making use of anything liquid.
I've been recently learning to bring my skills to use on land, but to little avail. Electromagnetic pulses are within my grasp, but just barely, and I usually do more harm to myself and bystanders than my target.
Mother was a hypersensitive telepath. I hope I'm not. I hear voices now and then-- bits of thought slipping through on their own-- and I hate it. I'd rather numb that ability altogether than hone it, but in the end, I'm willing to do anything to further the Brotherhood's progress.
I'm clumsy, but I do okay in hand-to-hand and strife combat. By "okay" I mean that I can usually-- maybe-- get in a hit or two then run like hell. When it comes to above-water fights, I prefer the smoking metal over fists and blades. Papa was a gunsmith and taught me plenty before they took him in.

Oh, r-really? I, ah, I’d like that very much. It’s safer to have someone around when I’m training in an open area versus somewhere confined, like a pool. Perhaps one of these nights we could go. That’d be nice.
Yeah, I imagine he’s incredibly busy and I wouldn’t want to get in the way of his work. I’m certainly not the only one who’s volunteered to help with the blood-testing. Though I do think, as far as our studies go, we could benefit each other immensely. In due time, I suppose.
